Many people assume that they can handle an insurance claim without the help of the legal professional. In reality, insurance adjustors want to make sure that their company is responsible to pay you as little money as possible—if any. Don't let an insurance adjuster take advantage of you. Let a hard-hitting Pinecrest personal injury go to bat for you. Without the help of a skilled legal professional, insurance adjusters will try to reduce the value you claim as much as possible.

Located in Miami-Dade County, Pinecrest is a suburban village in Southeastern Florida. Pinecrest is home to approximately 18,000 people (as of 2010) and operates under a five-member Council Manager Village Council. Pinecrest is about 7.6 square miles in size and has been the subject of several beautification projects since 1996. These projects include the Flagler Grove Park and a Community Center located in Pinecrest Gardens. Several years ago, the Miami-Dade County Library System opened next to the Community Center. The Pinecrest Gardens are one of the Village's most significant additions and includes 20 acres of land and was added to the National Register of Historic Places for its Parrot Jungle Historic District.
Pinecrest was established when a railroad tycoon named Henry Flagler used the location as a staging area for overseas construction in the early 20th century. Between 1900 and 1930, the area continued to grow, eventually becoming an attraction for people in Miami for its parrot Jungle and Gardens. The Parrot jungle was created in 1936 along with a feed and supply general store. Since then, it has become a world-famous tourist attraction. In the 1960s, Pinecrest developed into a residential community with the addition of 1-acre ranch-style houses. These buildings were designed to lay a foundation for the area's rural character. The Village of Pinecrest was incorporated in March of 1992. Since then, the village founded a village council and has continued to establish municipal services—such police, building and planning and public works.
